Remaining calm, made up and maintaining strong self esteem in today?s tough environment might be difficult but is just not impossible if you follow a number of simple guidelines. Listed here are 6 tips you have available as a starter guide to self improvement.
Every little thing and everyone else you meet can affect your mid-section esteem. Some people can deliberately as well as inadvertently damage your mid-section image. Widespread people and situation can ultimately destroy your self esteem and move you down in ways you will not even notice. You should not let these influences receive the best of you. But what when you avoid?
1. A Bad Work Environment
Beware of the ?dog eat dog? setting where everyone in addition is fighting the choices get ahead. That?s where non-appreciative people typically thrive and working extra is expected and not rewarded. On this environment no just one will appreciate your contributions although you may miss lunch, supper, and stay where you work late into this night.
Until you are very fortunate most likely you will work way too hard with no assist from others around you. This kind of atmosphere will ruin your mid-section esteem. It?s not just healthy rivalry, in its worst it truly is brutal and pretty damaging.
2. Different Peoples Behaviour
Bulldozers, brown lightly nosers, gossipmongers, whiners, backstabbers, snipers, people today walking wounded, controllers, naggers, complainers, exploders, patronizers, sluffers ? whatever you should call them, all have the very first thing in common : an overriding aspire to prosper at your expense of people. Keep away from them and never be tempted in order to join them.
They may get some short term advantage with their behaviour but deeply down most have grown insecure, unsatisfied and ashamed with their behaviour. For some their self esteem disappeared several years ago. Seeing someone like that prosper is sickening but will not join them ? you are better than that!
3. Your Changing Environment
In today?s quick society it is difficult or else impossible to prevent change. Changes challenge our paradigms and also tests our flexibility, versatility and alter the best way we think. Changes tend to make your life difficult and would cause stress nevertheless, in the event that it?s inevitable, you should accept it, really don?t fight it and in period find ways to further improve your life.
Make an effort to manage change and attempt to avoid multiple changes together. That a particular change can not be avoided welcome the item. Change will probably be with us always, we should learn to live from it.

All of us carry ?baggage? ? past experiences which may have moulded us to who we have been today, but some people live in his or her past experiences ? usually something of which hurt and nonetheless hurts. It is really okay to cry out while you experience pain however don?t let pain dominate your health as it will transform itself directly into fears and fears.
In the event that something painful comes about, or even has happened for you, find the right way to minimise the side effects. Discuss it using a friend, a relative or a professional if that would help and move at. Don?t allow it to needlessly continue to dominate your life and dictate ones future actions. Since something bad features happened doesn?t mean it is going to happen again. Learn what you possibly can from any harmful experience and go forward.
5. Negative World View
That television news is brimming with doom and gloom and it?s also true that everywhere there are many people suffering war, famine or other herbal or man-made disasters. Whilst I will not suggest you shouldn?t care and complete nothing, remember that there are many beautiful positive items happening too.
Do not wrap yourself up with the negative aspects everywhere. Learn to take into consideration beauty too regarding, in building self esteem, we must how to be positive from a negative world.
6. Determination Theory
Are we an item of our biological inherited characteristics (nature) or as a result of the influences most of us absorb throughout out lives (nurture)? I really believe how we are as a result of a mixture associated with both nurture in addition to nature and as a result our behavioural traits usually are not fixed. Whilst it truly is true that quite a few things are dictated by genetics (for illustration race, color and many inherited conditions) your environment and the people that you witnessed have a major relation to your behaviour.
You will be your own man, you?ve got your own id and make your own personal choices. The particular characteristics your mum or dad display are not your destiny. Know from other peoples? experience, which means you don?t suffer the same mistakes.
Are some people are born market leaders or positive thinkers? I don?t think so. Currently being positive, plus staying positive may be a choice. Building self esteem and drawing at positive experiences pertaining to self improvement is usually a choice, not only a rule or a new talent. No-one can come to you and present you with permission to build your self esteem and transform your life self. It truly is in your command.
It usually is hard to hold positive, particularly when others and circumstances look conspiring to pull you down. You should protect yourself along with give yourself an opportunity to stay positive. Improving your self esteem gives everyone that protection.
The best way to stay positive is to minimise your vulnerability to harmful influences considering the affirmations to boost the positive influences that you witnessed. Regularly reminding yourself belonging to the good things that you witnessed will keep this impact of negative influences to some minimum.

"I can't accept these. All I do is go back and forth from class all day. It feels foolish to wear such cute flats."
I tuck the shoes back into the box, push it onto his lap.
"You don't need an occasion to wear nice flats. Make every day an occasion. You obsess about finding the perfect moment for everything."
I shake my head. "I'd just feel too guilty."
"Maybe that's why I'm your life," he offers, placing his hand over mine. "To alleviate your guilt. To treat you when you can't seem to treat yourself."
**I'll often wallow in the frustration that comes with being far from the one I love but lately, I've been uncovering silver linings. Many of them. I get to value living by myself, a pleasure my own mother never even had. We cherish every moment together; there's no taking anything for granted.
Many times it seems difficult, unfair. But I've learned that we can all handle whatever circumstances are handed to us. We can use them to discover more about ourselves. Yes, with the distance comes an empty, longing separation but there's also room to flourish, independently and together.

"Dance Moms" instructor Abby Lee Miller has become something of a reality TV villain as viewers have reacted with shock to the intense way she coaches her young dance students. On "The View" (weekdays on ABC), Miller defended herself against allegations that her coaching tactics are too extreme for the girls she's coaching.
"You, of all the people here, know about reality television," Miller told Elisabeth Hasselbeck, a former contestant on "Survivor." Then she explained how the cameras can paint an exaggerated picture of her temper. "If the nightgown or whatever is laying on the bedroom floor, and you say pick that up. The first time, you're nice, you just say, 'Pick that up.' The 20th time, you're like, 'Would you just pick that up right now?!' And then the 50th time, you want them to eat the nightgown. That's what you're seeing," she explained.
But Hasselbeck pushed back, pointing out the obvious flaw in Miller's reasoning. "But Abby, there's a difference. You're not their mom, let's separate [that]. They actually have parents, right, so you're not their parent."
The distinction wasn't so cut and dry for Miller. "I am their mother ... in my heart and in my soul. There's children I have practically raised," she protested.
Miller then shifted her defense from her methods to her credentials. "Dance teachers do not have a license in the United States, there's no governing body. But I deal with membership organizations that I've been tested -- oral, demonstrative, written -- that I belong to ... I'm not some fly-by-night teacher," she said. "[T]he dance supervisor for 'Wicked' is my student ... I have a kid in 'Book Of Mormon' right now."

Dr. Mike Evans, a family physician and associate professor of family medicine and public health at the University of Toronto (not to mention the founder of the Health Design Lab at the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute) has seen a health video he helped produce go viral.
The video, entitled ?23 ? hours?, is a nine-minute animated short that uses hand-drawn images on a whiteboard. Its title is a tongue-in-cheek way of saying that just 30 minutes a day of moderate exercise is the best thing you can do for your health.
?Most people are visual learners,? Dr. Evans told University Affairs, explaining how and why he decided to work with illustrator Liisa Sorsa and documentary filmmaker Nick de Pencier, who collaborated on the video?s unique visual style.
Dr. Evans is responsible for all the scientific evidence in the video, which in less than three months, has generated just under two million views on YouTube. Unsurprisingly, the three are now being asked for advice. ?I keep getting asked to speak on how to make a viral health video,? Dr. Evans said. ?I guess you have a message that people want to hear, and in a format that is unexpected.?
The team is planning to bank on this unexpected success however, and they hope to produce another 10 or so videos this year alone, all of which would cover similar health topics and issues. Stay tuned.

DETROIT (AP) ? Car shoppers today are less likely to end up with a lemon.
In the past five years, global competition has forced automakers to improve the quality and reliability of their vehicles ? everything from inexpensive mini-cars to decked-out luxury SUVs.
The newfound emphasis on quality means fewer problems for owners. It also means more options for buyers, who can buy a car from Detroit or South Korea and know it will hold up like a vehicle from Japan.
With few exceptions, cars are so close on reliability that it's getting harder for companies to charge a premium. So automakers are trying to set themselves apart with sleek, cutting-edge exterior designs and more features such as luxurious interiors, multiple air bags, dashboard computers and touch-screen controls.
"It's a great time to be a consumer," says Jesse Toprak, vice president of industry trends for the TrueCar.com auto pricing website. "You can't really screw up too badly in terms of your vehicle choice."
It wasn't always this close.
In the 1990s, Honda and Toyota dominated in quality, especially in the key American market for small and midsize cars. Japan began building high-quality small cars and tapped into America's growing appetite for fuel efficiency in the 1970sWith their sterling reputation, they were able to charge more than Detroit automakers and cut Detroit's U.S. market share from 78 percent in 1980 to just under 43 percent in 2009, according to Ward's AutoInfoBank.
Cars from Detroit generally weren't as trouble-free in the 1980s and '90s. Hyundai executives concede their quality used to be poor.
However, around 2006, as General Motors, Ford Motor Co. and Chrysler Group LLC were heading into financial trouble, they realized that people were shifting away from trucks and sport utility vehicles to smaller cars and car-based crossover SUVs. Gas prices were on the rise again, and the companies, which relied on bigger vehicles for their profits, had few cars to offer.
Fearing the shift, Detroit decided to go after the Japanese and shifted research dollars from trucks to cars after years of neglect. Detroit also realized that Hondas and Toyotas were quieter and more reliable, so they spent more on engineering and parts to close the gap.
Meanwhile, Korean automakers Hyundai Motor Co. and Kia Motors Corp. were busy redesigning their cars, changing to more cutting-edge looks to boost sales. Then, Toyota's reputation was tarnished by a series of safety recalls, and Honda played conservative with new models that looked similar to the old ones.
The newfound emphasis on quality has closed the gap between best and worst in the industry. In 1998, J.D. Power and Associates, which surveys owners about trouble with their cars after three years, found an industry average of 278 problems per 100 vehicles. By this year, the number fell to 132.
In 1998, the most reliable car had 92 problems per 100 vehicles, while the least reliable had 517, a gap of 425. This year the gap closed to 284 problems.
"We don't have total clunkers like we used to," says Dave Sargent, automotive vice president with J.D. Power. Nearly all automakers are improving in quality, but manufacturers that are at the bottom of the rankings are improving more quickly than those at the top, Sargent said.
Detroit's three automakers have narrowed the quality gap considerably against brands from other countries. In 1998, J.D. Power found 42 more problems per 100 vehicles with GM, Ford and Chrysler cars and trucks. This year the gap had narrowed to just 13. While car prices are still rising, the narrow gap keeps Japanese automakers from charging a premium over rivals with similar models.
The competition helps consumers by giving them more choices and more car for their money.
Some examples:
? Compacts: It used to be that the Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic were far better than the rest, and they cost more. But the new Chevrolet Cruze and the vastly improved Hyundai Elantra and Ford Focus are giving consumers more options. The Cruze, which went on sale in 2010, is far better than the car it replaced, the Chevrolet Cobalt. GM sold 231,000 Cruzes last year to pass the Civic for second place and come within 9,000 of the Corolla, the small-car sales leader.
While Corollas and Civics were in short supply following Japan's March earthquake, the Cruze offered a good alternative for people who didn't want to wait. In May, Cruze sales surged 40 percent over the Cobalt's year-earlier sales, besting all rivals to become the top-selling U.S. compact that month. The competition has nearly erased the premium paid for Hondas and Toyotas. But that's largely due to price increases by competitors. Since compacts have more features, people are paying more for the Focus, Elantra and Cruze.
For example, in 2007, Toyota got an average of $15,820 for every Corolla it sold, a premium of $1,708 over what GM charged for a Chevy Cobalt. The average Cobalt sold for $14,112.
But last year the roles reversed. The premium instead went to General Motors, which got an average price of $19,858 for the Cruze, which replaced the Cobalt in 2010. That's $2,028 more than the Corolla at $17,830, according to the TrueCar.com website.
? Midsize cars: Toyota's Camry and Honda's Accord used to be dominant. But Ford's Fusion, Nissan's Altima and Hyundai's Sonata are cutting into their sales. The Camry kept its long-held title as the nation's top-selling car last year, but the Altima and Fusion passed the Accord, which is typically No. 2. The price premium paid for Hondas and Toyotas has nearly vanished in midsize cars as well. Like with small cars, people are paying more because of more standard equipment and options.
"It's very hard to find products that aren't good anymore," says Jeremy Anwyl, CEO of the Edmunds.com automotive website. "In safety, performance and quality, the differences just don't have material impact."
First-year law student Randall Rosales found many good choices last year when he began looking for a small luxury SUV to replace his mother's 2008 Infiniti sedan in Dallas. At 22 years old, he's his family's designated car expert. Unlike previous searches, he's found that every vehicle on his list has similar quality and options.
"It's getting harder to choose because every manufacturer, at least in the luxury class, tends to have all the features we consider essential," Rosales said.
In past searches, some automakers, including those based in the U.S., were behind in features like Bluetooth cell phone links and touch-screen controls, Rosales said. But that has pretty much evened out, he said.
He considered the BMW X3, Mercedes GLK350, Lexus RX 350 and Infiniti EX35 before picking an Audi Q5 because the fuel economy of its turbocharged four-cylinder engine and its interior quality set it apart.
With quality, fuel economy and price close to equal across the U.S. market, companies also are pushing the edge on exterior design to differentiate their cars. Honda, for instance, unveiled a daring new Accord coupe in Detroit that looks like a far more expensive car, while Ford did the same with its new Fusion.
"It's got to be beautiful," says Mary Barra, GM's product development chief who led work on a new Cadillac small luxury sports sedan.
Another way to stand apart is to lower a car's base price, sacrificing profits to gain market share, at least initially.
That's what Chrysler is hoping for with the new Dodge Dart compact, which starts around $16,000, about $700 less than a Cruze and $500 less than the Ford Focus, the Dart's two main competitors.
CEO Sergio Marchionne says the company won't make much money on a basic Dart. But the lower price will get the car on shopping lists, and Marchionne is hoping people will add features and pay more.
Chrysler in the past spent little on compact-car development and hasn't offered a competitive one for years. But being late has its benefits. Chrysler learned by avoiding mistakes made by other companies, says Ralph Gilles, the company's chief designer.
"Coming last to the party, you can bring a nice bottle of wine," he says.

Researchers at the University of British Columbia demonstrate a gesture-controlled artificial speech system that's good enough to sing.
By Alan Boyle
Researchers have created a system that converts hand gestures into speech, and yes, into song as well. Although the system isn't yet ready for a shot at "American Idol," its name ? Digital Ventriloquized Actor, or DiVA ? gives you an idea where the technology is going.
"It is a singing synthesizer," said Sidney Fels, director of the University of British Columbia's Media and Graphics Interdisciplinary Center, or MAGIC. Fels explained how DiVA does its thing today in Vancouver at the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
With the gestures of the right hand, DiVA's operator controls the pitch and the character of the sounds. Closed-hand gestures produce consonants. Open-hand gestures produce vowels. Meanwhile, the left hand is hooked up with finger contacts to create stop sounds like and buh. "We designed a gestural space that mimics the vocal tract," Fels explained.
The result is eerie: In the video above, you'll see a singer accompanying herself with the DiVA's voice. (I'm not ready to put it on my playlist just yet.) And in a series of videos, DiVA operator Sageev Oore synthetically sings the alphabet song and recites Dr. Seuss' "Green Eggs and Ham" verse as if he were playing two characters. (Which is kind of like Gollum talking to himself in the "Lord of the Rings" movies.)
If DiVA goes commercial, it could provide a new way for people with speech disabilities to make themselves heard. But why go to all that trouble when there are other speech synthesizers out there, including the electronic voice made famous by physicist Stephen Hawking?
"The problem with that is, you won't be able to sing. You won't be able to be expressive," Fels said.
One of the intended applications for the technology is to create new types of singing musical instruments that can be played in real time. Fels said there have been five compositions written for DiVA so far, played by musicians trained to use the device. "It takes about 100 hours for a performer to learn how to speak and use the system," Fels said in a news release.
The gloves, the volume-control foot pedals, the magnetic-sensor system and other components that bring DiVA to life can get rather unwieldy. "It's a backpack full of equipment," Fels told journalists. "I wouldn't walk around the restaurant and order sushi with it." But Fels and his MAGIC team are developing a version that can be operated with a computer tablet.
That hints at what may be more important applications in the longer run. The DiVA project got started as a way to teach people how to control a complex system with gestures and give them auditory feedback to let them know when they're doing the gestures right.
"Other possible applications for this discovery are interfaces to make certain tasks easier, such as controlling cranes or other heavy machinery," Fels said. It's also conceivable that gesture-based training might offer an alternative way to learn and practice foreign languages, particularly Asian dialects that depend on precise tonal control.
Gesture-controlled input devices ranging from Nintendo's Wii and Microsoft's Kinect have already revolutionized the gaming industry. Will DiVA, or other devices like it, open up a whole new frontier for the field? Does the future belong to gestures? Feel free to weigh in with your comments below.

If we say books help to build up a person?s personality, then probably half of the population would say ?yes?. However, we can get the genuine answer by noticing and comparing our very own behavior with our parents and elders. Over the years, the ways of teaching ofcourse have undergone changes, but it has also changed the behaviors of the people gradually. We go to schools not only to get score good and high marks. Schools are also expected to provide the moral education to the students. Earlier, in Schools students were taught about the disciplines, etiquettes, how to behave with elders, etc. However, apart from blaming only the students, it is the teachers who are accountable as well because they hardly take their time to groom the students to make them good human beings.
We can cite the example of Gandhiji to get the fact, how the students of earlier days were.
Once an inspector visited the school, when Gandhiji was in school. All the students were given dictations for a few words. Regrettably, Gandhiji spelled the word incorrect. He wrote ?Ketle? in its place of ?Kettle?. While taking a look over all the notebooks of the students, the teacher saw the mistake of Gandhiji. He tried to convince Gandhiji to copy the copy the word from the boy sitting next to him and correct it. But, small Gandhi refused to copy. This act of him displeased the teacher. However, Gandhiji preferred not to change his mind. He selected to remain with his principle than to choose the corridor of dishonesty. The moral of the story is, you can win the hearts of people by telling many lies but that lasts only for a short period. If you are an honest person, you might not please everybody but can at least please yourself.Such examples can be used now because teachers themselves don?t offer appropriate education to their students.
They have a preference of providing the knowledge about world matters rather than teaching them the significance of values.Over the years, the study pressure of the students has become extreme. They can hardly fetch out time for anything else. In such a situation, concentrating in moral education is quite a tough thing. Students are more dependent in Internet now. Internet does not only provide a wide range of knowledge to the students but also devastate their discipline. Especially, the Social Networking Sites are ruining the moral behavior of the students. Now, you must be wondering why such sites are harmful for the students when they give the scope to interact with people and even they don?t allow people below eighteen to get registered with the site. Well, students virtually meet people of different age range and end up telling lie to people that they are above eighteen.
The modern education system is overburdened with syllabus that even teachers copy many materials from Internet and provide those to the students. If we get to learn such thing from teachers then it is pointless to expect anything from the students.

Business cards. If you want your dates to have something that he or she can remember you with, then you should bring with you a number of business cards when you go out with them. Although the best thing to do to be remembered well is to impress your date, having business cards can also provide a unique impression.
Can the other person give you what you want in a relationship? This is a question that you need to ask to yourself, especially when you have taken further steps in your relationship, after dating a number of times. This is because you want to make sure that you are investing on something that is worth every minute of your time. Aside from that, it can also prevent you from expecting too much from someone.
Online dating is just one of your options in meeting people. Many people today engage into online dating, especially those who are quite busy with their own careers. However, online dating should just be viewed as a way to increasing your chances of meeting more people whom you may be able to date. Thus, it is just one of the many options that you have when it comes to that. You should still go out, and meet new people personally, so that you can have a more interesting life.
Know your limits. You limits can sometimes tell you who you really are. Therefore, it is best that you become more aware of it. Aside from that, when you know what your limits are, you can always do something in order to go beyond it. Just make sure that you stay within the boundaries, so that you could still be able to portray the person that you really are.
Get out of the house. Although online dating is quite popular these days, it is always better to go out in order to find dates. This is because dating offline is more fun, due to the fact that you get to meet your date personally. Aside from that, when you go outside, it increases your dating potentials further, which can help you end up with someone whom you really enjoy being with.
Don?t date just because your friends and family tell you so. When you date just because your friends and family tell you so, then you are not being true to yourself. This can lead you to dates that are not worth remembering, especially if you live it to them in setting you up with someone they know. Thus, it is best that you would go out on a date, because you really want to.
Getting to know your date. Getting to know your date is one of the best things that you can do, in order to see if you can really build a lasting relationship with them. Thus, you need to ask questions about what your date believes in, what he or she is planning for her life, what his or her goals are, and more. Aside from asking questions though, you should also observe if they are living the way they say they are.
Your mobile phone. When you are on a date, one of the things that can annoy the other person is when you stop your conversation in order to answer a call, or read a text message. Therefore, you should turn off your mobile phone or put it in silent mode, prior to sitting in front of your date at the dining table. Just answer the messages when you go to the restroom.
Don?t be too available. If a person you are dating has let a week gone by before calling you up to set up another date, then you should not accept the invitation. This is because it could show them that you are too available, or are desperate in going out. If a person thinks about you that way, then he may begin to think about you in a negative way and come up with bad ideas.

What is the Right Choice for a Remedy for Menopause?
Since not every woman is the same it is necessary to find the right remedy for menopause for you. There are prescription treatments, natural treatments, and a variety of other types of treatments. The main goal is to lessen the symptoms and make your life more comfortable while you are going through the journey of menopause.
Understand that treating menopause will require making some changes to your diet, your daily habits, and adding in some exercise. This will help to make it a bit easier than if you continue with your regular diet and your regular habits. Your body is going through some very big changes and you really need to make the right changes to your life as well.
The Most Popular Remedy for Menopause
Probably the most popular remedy for menopause is getting a prescription from the doctor. This does not make it the best treatment just because it is popular and comes from a doctor, however. Most doctors will prescribe estrogen and progesterone, which are better known as hormone replacement therapy.
Usually this treatment is for those women that still have their uterus and it will help to prevent osteoporosis and reduce many of the symptoms of menopause. When a woman has already gone through a hysterectomy most doctors will only prescribe Estrogen instead of both drugs.
Hormone replacement therapy used to be a very popular choice as a remedy for menopause, but more recent studies show an increase in risk of heart disease, blood clots, stroke, and breast cancer are associated with this type of treatment. This may be a few good reasons to seek out treatment other than prescription drugs.
Most of the drugs that comes from doctors come with at least some side effects and risks. Many women are not seeking our more natural ways to treat the symptoms of menopause and there are many choices. Changes to your diet and to your lifestyle can make a difference along with adding in specific vitamins and herbs.
It may take a bit of time to find the right combination to help treat all the symptoms you are suffering from, but it will be worth it. Below are some of the recommended herbs and vitamins that can become the natural remedy for menopause you are looking for.
Choices to Add to your Remedy for Menopause
Before we get into the different natural herbs and supplements you can take to help with things like hot flashes and night sweats you need to understand that natural does not equal safe. If you are currently taking prescription drugs you will need to talk with your doctor before adding in an herbal remedy for menopause because it could react negatively with the drugs you are taking.
Taking Soy and Isoflavones can help with hot flashed within the first two years of menopause and can also help with night sweats. These contain plant estrogens and can be found in the form of soy protein. Taking 50 grams a day can be helpful in the short term and over the long term it can help make your bones stronger and keep your cholesterol down.
However, if you take large amounts of soy it can interact with your natural estrogen and can be harmful to any women with a history of estrogen-dependent breast cancer. It is always good to stick with the recommended amount and having too much can cause issues you don?t want to deal with.
A few other choices to treat the symptoms of menopause include St. John?s Wort, Flaxseed oil, Red Clover, and Black Cohosh. There are many therapies that can help as well like relaxation techniques, meditation, and acupuncture. These are just a few choices you can add to your remedy for menopause.

What in the world would make someone buy snake venom anti wrinkle cream, and apply it to their facial skin? Isn?t this foolish, when everyone knows how poisonous venom is? There?s a catch. The wrinkle cream doesn?t really have the poison of a snake mixed in with it ? just a chemical that imitates the bite of a very deadly one ? the Temple Viper ? whose liquid paralyzes the muscles of its victim.
And just like the first word in the viper?s name ? Temple ? it sure seems that everyone is flocking to this wonder cream like it?s the holiest shrine around. So what?s so special about this wrinkle ointment that it?s caused such an uproar, and why are those in search of the fountain of youth in such a rush to spend their hard-earned money on it?
Well, it?s been reported throughout the medical community that this ?wonder venom? works just as well as another famous product out on the market, legendary in its ability to prevent and diminish facial wrinkles ? only this one is safer. While this highly celebrated new magic potion has the talent for doing the exact same thing, it doesn?t cause permanent damage to facial muscles, as the other treatment is reported to have done in some cases.
To use the serum, one simply applies it to the areas of the face that are wrinkle-prone. From there, it?s absorbed into the skin where it permeates the muscles underneath, causing them to freeze up, or become ?stunned looking? ? just like the poison in a viper?s bite does to its victim ? only in this case, it?s temporary and harmless. The final results of continued treatment is the lessening in appearance of wrinkles one already has, and a halt in the formation of new ones. And all because the user can no longer make the animated facial expressions he could before ? for awhile anyway.
This miracle cream is now readily available. And the purchase price has dropped considerably over the last couple of years, one pot of cream now only costs the buyer 34.95 GBP (around 53 Dollars) ? and that?s only for a thirty-day supply.
And the effects of the applications don?t last as long as the other solution ? which covers targeted lines and wrinkles for several months or more before someone needs to have it ?refreshed?. But the snake venom cream needs to be reapplied over and again in order to keep it?s magic working ? and the reason for this is that its absorption rate is very fast in penetrating the skin and muscles while doing its work. This is good news for your face, but bad news in that you run out of the product quicker.
But now for the good news! Some people who have used the venom on their faces for a while, confirm that the wrinkles they?ve had diminished a great deal, and in addition, noted the absence of any new lines starting to form. And there?s also this ? because it penetrates the skin so deeply in order to immobilise the muscle, the ointment works both as a barrier against bad elements trying to get in, AND as a deep moisturizer ? all these things giving the face a glow!
So when you?re looking for that magic potion to slow down the aging process, be sure to check out snake venom anti wrinkle cream ? along with anything else that?s on your list. And remember, that with anything new introduced to the ?medically-approved anti aging? market, there?s always the chance something may cause harm to your body in some way ? so it?s a good idea to discuss it with your doctor before trying it out.
Find out more about the advantages of using snake venom anti wrinkle cream today! When you follow the simple steps provided with the snake venom cream, you will begin to see changes quickly!. Pitt now has two holes in its 2012 football schedule to fill as the Big East officially settled its dispute with West Virginia and cleared the way for the Mountaineers to join the Big 12 July 1.
The first hole, created when TCU was released from its contract with the Big East late last year, almost assuredly will be filled with a team from Division I-AA.
But the new hole will be trickier to fill, and Pitt athletic director Steve Pederson said it likely will require the help of the Big East because there are not many teams out there with available dates -- especially since the Panthers need another home game.
He also said the future of the "Backyard Brawl" is not known yet and, given all the things facing both schools at this point, finding ways to keep it alive is not a priority right now.
"The Big East communicated to us it had reached a settlement with West Virginia and would work to find us a replacement team for that home game," Pederson said in a statement. "We will keep our fans informed as that develops.
"Given the conference transitions both schools are currently undergoing, it is difficult to speculate on the future of our series with WVU. Our more immediate focus is on finalizing our upcoming football schedule."
Originally, Pitt hoped that if West Virginia prevailed in its lawsuit against the Big East in order to leave the conference before the mandated 27-month period was up, it would clear the way for the Panthers and Syracuse to leave the Big East and join the ACC this year.
Now that West Virginia has won, most people at Pitt have begun to accept the fact that the school likely will be stuck in the Big East for at least one more season.
Part of it is because the school is adamant about not paying a huge exit fee -- it will cost West Virginia and the Big 12 a reported $20 million for the Mountaineers to leave early -- but Pitt also would rather not burn its bridges with conference members by forcing an action that would leave this Big East season in chaos.
Also, unlike the Big 12, which accepted West Virginia in part on the condition the Mountaineers would join the conference for next season, the ACC is not pushing Pitt or Syracuse to join this year and is willing to wait until 2014, if necessary.
Nobody involved in the process believes Pitt and Syracuse will remain in the league beyond the 2012-13 season, and commissioner John Marinatto, who previously had taken a hard line about keeping both schools in the conference, told The Associated Press Tuesday that the conference is open to discussions about letting the two schools out in time for the '13 football season.
"But given the strength and speed of our expansion efforts, I think our board might be open to a discussion about 2013," Marinatto told the wire service.
With Pitt likely staying in the Big East, some work needs to be done with the football schedule and, regardless of the solution, it is unlikely to be a schedule that excites fans.
Pitt has 10 games scheduled -- home games against Youngstown State, Virginia Tech, Louisville and Rutgers and road games against Buffalo, Notre Dame, Connecticut, Cincinnati, South Florida and Syracuse.
Pitt wants to play six home games, and the addition of the Division I-AA team only would give the Panthers five.
The two most viable options to fill the other opening seem to be that the Big East gets one of its seven incoming teams to join the conference a year early to restore it to eight members for '12 or it flips one of Pitt's conference road games to a home game, giving the Panthers three home and three road games in the league.
The second option would leave the Panthers one game short of a full 12-game schedule, but it would give them six home games and enable them to play another non-conference road game if that is the only choice available.
As for Pitt facing West Virginia any time soon, both sides seem to be saying the right things about wanting the rivalry to continue while acknowledging that it is not likely to happen.
"We've had, as you know, a tremendous rivalry with Pitt in all of our sports. In football, we've played 104 times," said West Virginia athletic director Oliver Luck. "Pitt is going through a lot of change with their imminent joining of the ACC.
"They're going to nine conference games. It'll be difficult to schedule. I certainly would welcome a conversation with Steve Pederson, my counterpart at Pitt."

CAPE CANAVERAL, Florida (Reuters) ? President Barack Obama's proposed 2013 budget for NASA boosts spending at the Kennedy Space Center, which bore the brunt of job layoffs at the end of the space shuttle program last year, the center director said on Tuesday.
The president's $17.7 billion budget request for NASA for the year beginning October 1 includes $2.1 billion for the Florida spaceport, an increase of $323 million over this year's budget.
"During these austere times when other centers went down, for us to go up I think says a lot about the importance of what we're doing and where we're going," Kennedy Space Center director and former astronaut Bob Cabana told a National Space Club Florida Committee meeting in Cape Canaveral on Tuesday.
The center's proposed budget increase won't mean more NASA jobs, however. Cabana told reporters he expects Kennedy Space Center's workforce to remain at about 7,500 employees through 2013. That number includes about 2,050 civil servants.
More than 8,000 contractors, mostly in Florida, were laid off when the shuttles were retired last year.
In addition to closing out the shuttle program, which will cost NASA about $71 million in 2013, the Kennedy Space Center is overseeing efforts to seed a new commercial human space transportation industry in the United States.
The shuttle program's end left only Russia with the means to fly astronauts to and from the International Space Station, a $100 billion research outpost that orbits about 240 miles above the Earth.
Russia charges the United States about $60 million per person for rides on its Soyuz capsules.
To break the monopoly, NASA has invested $365.5 million since 2010 in six companies, including Boeing, privately held Sierra Nevada Corp and Space Exploration Technologies, which are all developing passenger spacecraft.
Another round of awards, expected to total more than $300 million, is due to be announced this summer.
The goal of the program is to have at least one and preferably several commercial space taxis able to fly to the space station before the end of 2017.
The Kennedy Space Center also oversees the agency's launch services program, which purchases rides for science and communications satellites.
The Florida spaceport is in the early phases of reconfiguring the shuttle launch pads, equipment and processing facilities to accommodate other users, such as Space Florida, a state-backed agency working to boost space-related business.
Last year, Space Florida took over one of the shuttle's processing hangars and leased it to Boeing, which wants it for its space taxi work.
NASA's 2013 spending plan includes $41 million for the Kennedy Space Center's planned multi-purpose launch facility.
Another $404 million would go toward upgrading ground support systems in preparation for launches of NASA's new heavy-lift rocket. The so-called Space Launch System, which is based on shuttle fuel tanks and booster rockets, is being designed to carry astronauts and cargo to the moon, Mars, asteroids and other destinations beyond the space station.
The first crew test flight, which would use an early version of the rocket, is targeted for 2021. Obama has called for a mission to an asteroid in 2025 and a human expedition to Mars in the mid-2030s.
