The FBI has arrested the mayor of West New York and his son for allegedly hacking into a web site associated with a movement to recall the mayor. Felix Roque was elected as a reformer in a town known for corruption.? ?The elected leader of West New York and his son allegedly hacked into computers to intimidate constituents who were simply using the internet to exercise their Constitutional rights to criticize the government,? said U.S. Attorney Paul ?What Corruption?? Fishman. (No word on whether Fishman still thinks New Jersey corruption is overblown.) Roque, a Hudson County Democrat, has been a supporter of Republican Chris Christie. In addition, he? endorsed Republican Joe Kyrillos against incumbent U.S. Sen. Bob Menendez, long seen as a Hudson County political boss.? He was forced to take it back by his own party. Menendez recommended Fishman for the U.S. Attorney job.
